The negatve termnal connects to the chasss ground.
The battery s mounted on the rear sde of the transcever usng a latch
mountng method.

Commsson) Rules & Regulatons. FCC Rules requre that all
operators usng Prvate Land Moble rado frequences obtan a
rado lcense before operatng ther equpment. Applcaton for
lcense must be made on FCC form 601, schedules D and H,
and Remttance form 159.
